We are looking for a talented Senior Game Designer!

You are a highly experienced Game Designer. At Futureplay your task is to develop the best, engaging, fun and innovative features while working with an experienced team of fellow designers, coders, artists and product managers.

You’ll be responsible for leading designs from concept to live and beyond. From core gameplay, to meta-systems, to monetization and economy balance, you’ll develop design visions and make sure the team is up to speed through clear verbal, written and visual communication.

Our designers have a deep hands-on approach to development in Unity. You’ll be responsible for creating the project structures and managing UI and system hierarchies.

We require:

• 5+ years of game design experience
• Shipped free-to-play games and significantly grown successful liveops operations.
• Hands-on experience with Unity
• Deep understanding of metrics and mechanics of free-to-play games
• Deep understanding of meta-systems and balance of in-game economies
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Outstanding teamwork skills
