  • Actively participate in defining the local data strategy, roadmap, and prioritization, aligning with global initiatives.
  • Get ‘hands on’ and develop data solutions where you can provide the most value, such as data platform development, automations and pipelines, one off analyses, or monitoring KPIs.
  • Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing between the Helsinki team and global data teams, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives.
  • Support the local team in navigating Futureplay's low-hierarchy organization while maintaining strong connections with the broader global data community.

We require:

  • Advanced SQL skills and strong skills in Python or other similar languages, with a focus on data processing and analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of data engineering topics, including ETL processes, data modeling, migrations, and cloud-based data platforms and services (e.g. GCP).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as part of a multidisciplinary and diverse team.
  • Located within a European timezone, preferably in Helsinki.

We admire:

  • Experience in the gaming industry, mobile marketing, or other fast-paced, data-intensive sectors.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and AI technologies, and their application in a global business context.
  • A passion for building and nurturing diverse, multicultural teams.
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, global environment

We offer:

  • True ownership and responsibility in one of the best game companies in Finland
